Here’s the Butter Chicken recipe:

Butter Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 gram Chicken
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Crushed Fenugreek Leavea
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 4 pcs Onion Medium Size
- 3 pcs Tomato Medium Size
- 1 tsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves Finely Chopped
- 1 cup Hot water
Instructions
- To make Easy Butter Chicken / Murgh Makhani recipe ,peel the onion , take the tomato and onion make it a paste , separately . Set it aside.Wash the chicken properly and keep it aside and let the excess water dry up.
- Put the pressure cooker on to the flame and add butter to it. Let the butter melt , then add the paste of onion and saute for 5-7 mnts .Then add ginger-garlic paste and saute for about 3 mnts . Now add chicken to the mixture and fry for about 5-6 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste , kashmiri red chilli powder , coriander powder and salt . Fry for 5-7 mnts and then add tomato sauce and crushed fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
- Add a cup of hot water and cover the pressure cooker on to the low flame.After two-three whistle switch off the flame.
- Let the pressure get off naturally from the cooker.Open the cooker,check the chicken if it is cooked properly and your Easy Butter Chicken / murgh makhani is ready to serve in a bowl with sprinkle of minced coriander leaves as garnishing.
