Fried Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
For Brining
- 1 Whole Chicken with skin Cut into desired pieces
- Salt to taste
- Butter Milk as required Chaanch
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
For Refine Flour Coating
- 2 cups Refined Flour Maida
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder lehsun ka powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder pyaj ka powder
- 2 tsp Paprika Powder
- 2 tsp White Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
- Marinated Chicken Pieces
For Egg Wash
- 4-5 pcs Whole Eggs
- 1 tsp Paprika Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp White Pepper Powder
- Salt to taste
For Final Coating
- 2 cups Refined Flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
Process for Brining
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces (with skin), butter milk, salt and hot sauce.
- Give it a proper mix and refrigerate for about 4-6 hours.
Process for Refined Flour Coating
- In a mixing bowl, add refined flour, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper powder, salt and marinated chicken pieces.
- Coat evenly on all side of chicken very well. Shake the excess flour. Remove it on cooling rack. Keep aside.
Process for Egg Wash
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, white pepper powder and salt.
- Add coated chicken and mix it well. Keep aside.
Process for Final Coating
- In a lid box, add refined flour, from the cooling rack add chicken into it and shake well for the coating.
- Once done shake off the excess flour and continue till all pieces are done and keep it aside on a cooling rack.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Add chicken pieces and fry till half done.
- Drain the excess oil on kitchen paper towel. Double fry the chicken untill golden brown and crisp.
- Drain again on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with choice of sauce.
