Mango Lassi and Mango Juice Recipe
For Mango Squash
- 4-5 pcs Ripe Mango (peeled and sliced) paka hua aam
- 5-6 pcs Raw Mango (peeled and sliced) kacche aam
- 11/2 cups Sugar chinni
- 5-6 cups Water paani
For Mango Lassi
- 8-10 pcs Ice Cubes baraf k tukde
- 1 cup Prepared Mango Sqaush
- 2 cups Curd dahi
For Mango Lassi Garnish
- Mango Slice aam k tukde
- Saffron Water kesar yukt paani
For Mango Juice
- 10-12 pcs Ice Cubes baraf k tukde
- 1/2 cup Prepared Mango Sqaush
- Water as required Paani jaroorat k hisaab se
Process For Making Mango Sqaush
- In a sauce pot, add water, ripe mangoes, raw mangoes, sugar and let it simmer for a while.
- Close the lid and cook it for 12-15 mints till it thickens or untill cooked well.
- Blend it with the help of blender and transfer it toa bowl. Let it cool down at room temperature and keep aside for further use.
Process For Making Mango Lassi
- In a martaban, add ice cubes, prepared mango squash, curd and churn it well with the help of wooden churner.
- Transfer it to a serving glass and garnish it with mango slices and kesar.
